By being proactive and challenging the status quo, we can continue to move the standard in the right direction.

The ability to make decisions with the company’s well-being in mind and having the accountability to follow through with getting the job done are traits that are conducive to success. Taking the lead includes questioning actions inconsistent with our mission and values.

Our team members are a key component to the Stutsman Difference and make serving customers for success possible. Each month, we recognize an employee who exemplifies our core values through our STRIVEr program. Nominations can be made by fellow employees, customers, or community members.
A STRIVEr of the Month is then selected and recognized at our monthly employee lunch. At the end of the year, employees cast their vote for the STRIVEr(s) of the Month that best represent the Stutsman values to be named the STRIVEr of the Year.
2025 STRIVER of the Year
When we talk about the Stutsman Difference, it starts with the dedication of our employees and the values that guide how we serve our customers, support our communities and work alongside one another. Our 2025 STRIVEr of the Year demonstrated exactly that.
