2025 Stutsman Striver of the Year: Carrier Manager Amorajha Brown
Stutsmans’ 2025 STRIVEr of the Year, Amorajha Brown, comes from our own Stutsman Logistics team.
The STRIVEr program recognizes team members who consistently demonstrate Stutsmans’ core values. Each year, one monthly STRIVEr winner across the entire Stutsman organization is selected to receive the STRIVEr of the Year award in recognition of the impact they have made.
Amorajha, one of our carrier managers, was recognized as the October STRIVEr due to her quick thinking that prevented a shipment from being stolen.
AMORAJHA’S STRIVER NOMINATION
“Fraud and stolen freight are serious concerns in transportation. At Stutsman Logistics, we vet carriers daily through RMIS to review their history and claim risk. Even with these safeguards, bad actors can still impersonate legitimate carriers and steal shipments.
On October 17th, Amorajha Brown showed great vigilance in preventing a potential theft. She had dispatched an approved carrier for a weekend pickup, and everything appeared legitimate. Still, she took the extra step to confirm the truck had been dispatched. When she called, the dispatcher said he wasn’t aware of the shipment and mentioned their company email had recently been hacked.
Amorajha immediately removed the carrier from the load, notified the account management team, and advised the customer to verify the driver’s identity before loading. Her quick action prevented a stolen load worth thousands and demonstrated her strong attention to detail and dedication to protecting our customers and reputation.”

Each month, we recognize team members who go above and beyond for our customers, coworkers and community. These individuals are honored as monthly STRIVErs at a special lunch. At the end of the fiscal year, Stutsman team members vote to select a STRIVEr of the Year.
Because employees from all eight of Stutsmans’ divisions (agronomy, field & application equipment, feed ingredients, manure equipment, grain handling equipment, logistics, transportation and wholesale hose & valve) are eligible, STRIVEr of the Year candidates are from a wide range of roles and locations.
We are especially proud of Amorajha earning the 2025 STRIVEr of the Year while working in our Stutsman Logistics office in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She is the first logistics employee to earn the title since the program’s creation.
